• Yoti DIGITAL ID PLATFORM THEIR STATED RETENTION Until the user deletes the account; inactive accounts deleted after 3 years. Per Spain's AEPD (March 2026): geolocation was kept 5 years, found excessive and fined; liveness videos 30 days.
