The UK Advertising Standards Authority upheld three findings against Jessica Crane Ltd, a wealth and business coaching company for salon owners. Its May 2025 Facebook and Instagram ad and landing page offered a free training that promised 40% profit margins and 20 to 30 or more high-paying bookings a week. The ASA found they implied those results were typical, that the free video alone would deliver them, and that the top 1% of salon owners used the system, without evidence. The video ended by inviting viewers to book a call, and the ASA found further programmes were integral to the system.
